Boonedocks oysters is a multi-generational family owned farm with a namesake from ancestor Daniel Boone. It consists of Clay and Sherry Kuersteiner and their daughter Kelsey, her husband Garrett Krueger and their two children. Boonedocks hails from Apalachee Bay, a mere 40 miles east of Apalachicola, and focuses on sustainability and enhancing a healthy marine ecosystem through conservation, research, and pristine care.
